OFFICIAL PRESS : 14th of May 2009 DECRETE

It´s recognized as interest of Brazilian Government the participation of foreign capital on Liquidez Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda.

The President of the Republic, under his attributed powers given by art 84, paragraph IV, of the Constitution, and according to art. 52, only paragraph, of “Ato das Disposições Contitucionais Transitórias”,

DECRETES

Art 1st It is of Brazilian Government´s interest the participation of foreign capital, up to 100% of the Capital Composition of Liquidez Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda.

Art 2nd The Brazilian Central Bank will adopt the necessary procedures to execute this Decrete.

Art 3rd This Decrete is good from it´s publishment on.
